Owl Punch Birthday Card
Here is a birthday card that I altered today. I took a 3x3 card that I had and spruced it up to a 4.25"x4.25". I just love having all the tools at hand and being able to interchange. As my son would say it, "Easy peasy!"
There are some cute designer print paper packs on clearance right now. Check them out and let me know if you want to order anything...or you can simply order them online and have then shipped directly to your door step.

Have a happy stampin' day!

Norco Library Stamping Event
I taught a Bear Bookmark workshop at the Norco Public Library tonight. It was a lot of fun and everyone enjoyed making their cute little bears. The bear was inspired by a fellow demonstrator, Angie Kennedy, and I added it to our Two Tags Die using the Big Shot Machine.
Below is a close up of all the bears. It's amazing that all the bears were similar, yet unique. Love that!

Yay for Erin!!!
Erin considers herself a non-creative person...but look at what she came up with at my Open House this past Saturday! She wanted to decorate her "Money" jar for her business and here's what she came up with. Isn't it beautiful? Goes to show you that with just a few tools, you can be creative. I'm so proud of you Erin!!!
Below are some close ups of the jar. The 3D flower is made with the 2 3/8 Scallop Circle punch. The smaller flowers are made with the Boho Blossoms punch. She added some of the new adhesive back Basic Jewel (Rhinestones) to add some Bling to her creation.

Altered Box & Tabs
I had a chance to alter a shipping box for spraying Spritzers onto my card elements. I just love the new 2-step Owl Punch! It's so cute and easy. I punched out the bottom feet and used it as the little hands, thought it would be a nice touch to it. I also added googly eyes for it.
Below, I used the Round Tab Punch and made some Tabs for my New 2010-2011 Catalog. I just love how you can make it whatever color and as many as you like. I sprayed it with the Shimmery Spritzer to give it some bling :)

Just for Fun!
I had a couple of kits left from one of my class, so I thought I'd play and this is what I made last night. Fun and easy. I made 2 in about an hour. I felt so accomplished, haha! It's these little things that make life fun... and to put a smile on someone's face when they recieve it as a gift, is priceless. Join me for a workshop soon. My next one is scheduled for Sunday, September 12 from 4-6pm. Comment here to RSVP. We'll be making a beautiful Desktop Post-It Note Center.
