3/27 Workshop with Open Door Women

Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of teaching a workshop with the Open Door Women's Ministry. Thank you Theary & Barb for having me! There were 17 women who came to stamp that night. It was so much fun! We've already scheduled another workshop for April :)

I demonstrated all 3 projects and the ladies caught on fast with the instructions. Here's some pictures of the action:

Vacation & Stampin' Up Regional Half Day

My family and I went on vacation to Lake Tahoe last week. It was so beautiful! There were still plenty of snow for us to enjoy. My son kept saying, "Can we stop and play, please?" He LOVED it! Virginia city was also beautiful, a great experience of the good old days. We visited Mark Twain's office and saw the beautiful styles of the wild wild west. We all had a great time!

One of the days, I was able to attend a Stampin' Up Half Day Regional Convention. I was nervous going there. I didn't really know what to expect. I was informed of having Swap Cards ready for swapping. That was the fun part. Almost everyone was going around swapping cards with each other. There were so many beautiful cards. Below are the different swaps that were done by the different demonstrators:

Aren't these beautiful??? Stampin' Up can really get you in style! Add a Flower Folds Die to your Big Shot Collection today.

3/14 Spring Workshop

It was so much fun meeting my new stampers and having my regular stampers over on the 14th! I forgot to take a picture of a few of them, sorry ladies :I  The bird punch was acting up on us and I just discovered today that WD-40 will do the trick on the springs. My stampers were still pretty quick with their projects and we had lots of fun and laughters.

Join me for the next Workshop on April 25, we'll be making a Squash Book. Leave a comment with your email (if I don't have it)for more details and I'll send you the evite.

Below is a picture of the 6 cards and box that everyone made. We used the Extra Large Bird Punch, Circle Scallop Punch, Circle Punch, In Color Ribbons, DSP: Melon Mambo Patterns and Rainbow Sherbert (retired),  Big Shot Machine and the Fancy Favor Box die.

3/6 Workshop

The ladies and I had a great time together last weekend. It was mostly their first time and they did a great job stamping! Everyone made a card and gift bag using the bird punch, circle scallop, 1 3/8 circle punch, modern label punch, the top note die and big shot machine. Thanks for being a great hostess, Susana! I look forward to getting together with you all again :)
