I was so shocked that my mom was turning 60 this year! I had to let it soak in...and then had to think of how to make it special for her. She bore 6 children, 2 had passed during the war, and now has 6 grandchildren to love. We bought a whole roasted big, and aisan tradition to celebrate a big occassion. my siblings and I put together a special meal. We ordered a photo cake with a picture of her when she was about 19 years old. Isn't it cool??? She was so amazed!
I made a 4x4 photo favor using the My Digital Studio and taped it onto a 4x4 chipboard and used a clip to create the stand. I also printed the photo into an 8x10 and put it into a frame where everyone can write a special note for her. She was surprised with what we came up with. We love you mom and happy 60th birthday!
